| Hello
Seems like an eternity that I haven't touched my Xanga. Suffice it to say that a flood of events have happened since my last entry. Here I am, bent, broken, and under reconstruction. Looking up to the sky to ask for a miracle or two. And somehow amazed that I'm still standing...wondering how many more trials by fire I will have to go through.
I do miss shooting and will hopefully get something done within the next couple of weeks. I hope everyone else is doing well. Miss you guys.
| Sunday Shoutin'
Sundays, while supposedly lazy and relaxed in other parts of the world, can be difficult here in Hong Kong. After the Friday/Saturday nights out and the following Sunday morning afterhours chill time, Sunday might be the only day for r & r, but you might end up sleeping through it and miss out on what you've planned to do.
Sleep is essential, especially when you work nights (like yours truly), but I somehow manage to get up around noon, like today, to make the most of it. Rummaged through the fridge and found Alfredo sauce, and made a bowl of pasta which is sitting next to me. No plans, perhaps just have a couple Tim Tams while watching CSI NY/Miami/Las Vegas back to back.
I need more days like this. I'm sure you guys do too.

| Hello from Singapore
Hiya.
Got here Wednesday midnight. A friend got married last week and held the reception here for close family and friends. The last time I was here was for Zoukout 2004. DJ lineup was fantastic for that year (Miguel Migs, Satoshie Tomiie, Paul Van Dyk, Timo Maas, among others) It's good to finally get away, unplug and relax. Went to Bugis to do a bit of shooting, Lau Pa Sat and Maxwell street for food (Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken served great...chicken!), Zouk for clubbing, and walked around Boat Quay. The wedding reception was very nice, the speeches were funny, and so were the videos. I got back at a friend and did a tug of war, dragging him onto the dance floor, because when we went to Zouk the other night and danced to some latin music, he twirled himself around instead of me! And yes, I wore a couple of dresses, wore girlie shoes, and used more warpaint than usual! Omg, it can't be!
It's been raining for the past two days, so I didn't get a lot of shooting done. But then I got restless and headed out at 8pm with camera and tripod to do some night shots. It was drizzling when I walked out of the hotel but didn't care, and looked for shelter under some trees by the river and set the tripod down. I'll post pictures when I get back to Hong Kong tomorrow. In the meantime, cable tv and chocolate mud pie. *cue evil laughter*

Wow. December. I plead guilty for the lack of updates. Been busy with gigs, got sick as well, and all over the place, among other things. I hope most of you ladies and gents are doing well or better than usual. Have a great week ahead.
